Ultimately, we want to be able to sync github repos with fedorahosted repos.

One part of that is building a services that republishes select github events as fedmsg messages.

This event is for a code sprint to take place in #fedora-apps on freenode where we will hopefully start and finish an initial draft of that code over a three day period. Bonus points if we can get it into our staging infrastructure by the end of that time.
